| S.T.A.R.T. Case Study
This case study is derived from one of our investors who began investing with Winchester Financial Group in 1994. Due to client confidentiality and privacy concerns we will name this investor John Smith. John was seeking an investment that would ultimately create wealth for him and provide him a passive income into his retirement years. He wanted to focus on planning for his future and secure his nest egg. After his first consultation, John realized the on-going cash flow opportunity from real estate was his best bet to financial security. Unlike many other financial investments, he knew Winchester Financial Group offered an opportunity to leverage his present income without risking his assets. Winchester structures their S.T.A.R.T. investment for investors to leverage their monies today to begin receiving a passive income within 15 years. As depicted on the graph below John’s loan balance is decreasing annually. The write-offs being provided to him are consistent and diminish near the end of the investment term. The cash flow is steadily increasing, generally at the rate of inflation. It is initially being applied to John’s loan balance and later to become his passive income from his S.T.A.R.T. investment. As shown below, his equity is increasing every year he is investing. John was impressed by Winchester’s open-book approach and honesty.
