How Does S.T.A.R.T. Work?

Winchester Financial purchases a property. Currently these properties are commercial plazas. By the use of a Trust agreement and a Co-Owners agreement, Winchester will market shares in the plaza. As an example, if an investor owns 5 shares in a given plaza, he or she would own 5% of that said plaza. The investment is made up of the land, building and guarantees. An investor can own a piece of real estate without any of the headaches of managing the property. By writing off the soft costs and interest expenses associated with the investment, it can be structured so that there is little to no out of pocket expense to the investor during the first 5 years of the investment.

What Are The Benefits of S.T.A.R.T?
